Customer services is okay, the coverage is ok – at times limited for what you pay, which is a LOT of money for a freelancer or someone on an individual plan when you add in office visit costs, prescription co-pays, etc.
Not to mention they were just accused of illegally trying to increase rates.The quality is okay. I would say the price is the issue.
