18This is a company that became monster by just getting people’s money and not paying or under paying claims, You need to have lots of time in your hand to fight them at the end, they will still come out winner. my house hot hit by hail storm, adjuster inspected and agreed to pay for replacement of damaged roof. they only paid 25% of replacement cost, can’t find any contractor willing to do the work with that price, even metrials alone cost twice what they paid. Got 6 (Six) different estimate mailed it to them, they said we only pay what our “experienced” adjuster said. after two month of phone calls and back and forth, I gave up. going to pay to replace my roof myself and changing to another insurance
